The fate of Trevor and Sypha depends on whether we are talking about the Castlevania games or the animated series. In the Castlevania games, after defeating Dracula in Castlevania 3, Trevor and Sypha retire away from their duties and marry in secret. However, their post-marital peace only lasts for so long, as Trevor is forced back into action in the game Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, in order to investigate a foul sickness that falls over Wallachia. Trevor soon discovers that its been engineered by a cult of Dracula heralded by his Devil Forgemaster Isaac, and must team up with Hector to stop him. After helping Hector defeat Isaac and prevent him from accessing the Infinite Corridor, Trevor once again returns to his wife and the two have a child, beginning a bloodline that leads to legendary vampire hunter Simon Belmont, the main character of the original Castlevania video game.
In the animated series, the ending of season 4 shows Trevor fighting Death and seemingly being wiped from existence. Two weeks later, Trevor is presumed dead in the battle against Death. Alucard and his love interest, Greta, are working to restore the castle and essentially turn it into a place where people can live. Sypha, though, plans to go back to the Speakers to have her child. Yes, as it turns out, Sypha is, in fact, pregnant. Alucard and Greta eventually persuade Sypha not to go and they want her around, as she could help make a better future. A hooded man slung over the saddle rides up on a horse. Sypha and Alucard run up to the horse and discover that the rider is, in fact, Trevor. The monster hunter then reveals that, after having stabbed Death in the head, Saint Germain opened up the Infinite Corridor and put him inside, thus protecting him from annihilation. Soon after, Trevor awoke near the Danube and started working his way back to Sypha.
