Jeff Lawrence, the contractor on HGTVs "Unsellable Houses," is no longer part of the show. According to Leslie and Lyndsay, the twins who star in the show, Jeff is focusing on growing his business, JL Remodeling, while they are expanding theirs with Lamb & Co. Renovation. Fans of the show have noticed Jeffs absence since the fourth season premiered in September 2023. The new contractor on the show is Owen, who was one of Jeffs employees.
