Gemini Earn is a program offered by the Gemini crypto exchange that allows customers to earn interest on their digital assets. However, there have been issues with the program due to the bankruptcy of the vendor that operates it, Genesis Global Capital. As of October 11, 2023, a Reddit user reported receiving a text message saying "Gemini Earn Balance is available" but upon checking their account, the balance to withdraw was $0.

According to Geminis support page, customers "pending balances" now display the Earn-related digital assets included in the Master Claim on their behalf. Gemini has been working to find a resolution for all Earn users to redeem their funds and has been contributing up to $100 million more for Earn users as part of the plan. Gemini has emphasized that other assets held on its platform remain available for withdrawal.
