A Lime scooter is an electric scooter that is part of a dockless vehicle sharing system offered by Lime, a transportation company that runs electric scooters, electric bikes, and electric mopeds in various cities around the world). Lime scooters are designed for a comfortable ride, with a wider footboard and a lower center of gravity, giving the rider full control. Lime scooters are locked and unlocked with a smartphone, allowing them to be picked up and dropped off almost anywhere in the city.
