A political cartoon, also known as an editorial cartoon, is a cartoon graphic with caricatures of public figures, expressing the artists opinion. Political cartoons are an artistic vehicle characterized by both metaphorical and satirical language, and they may point out the contexts, problems, and discrepancies of a political situation.
