Aadhaar PVC card is a newer and more durable version of the traditional paper-based Aadhaar card. It is made of PVC material and comes in the size of a debit card, making it easy to carry in a purse or wallet. The PVC card is as valid as the primary Aadhaar card. "Order Aadhaar PVC Card" is an online service launched by UIDAI which facilitates the Aadhaar holder to get their Aadhaar details printed on PVC card by paying a nominal fee. The service is not mandatory for getting services, and the PVC card is equivalent to the paper-based laminated Aadhaar letter.
