Aaron Rodgers, the star quarterback of the New York Jets, suffered a season-ending injury during the teams first game of the 2023 NFL season. The injury occurred when Rodgers was sacked by Bills edge rusher Leonard Floyd during the team's first drive in the first quarter. An MRI revealed that Rodgers had a complete tear of his Achilles tendon. Rodgers has since spoken out publicly for the first time since his injury, saying "I shall rise yet again".
