The B-Form is a document used in the nomination process for elections in India. Once the elections have been notified by the Election Commission, interested candidates file their nomination. The nomination paper has different annexures, including the B-Form, which is a notice as to the name of the candidate set up by the political party. The B-Form is one of the most important documents as it denotes that a certain candidate has been approved by a political party and should be considered as the official candidate of that party.
