In Jio postpaid, the bill cycle is the period of time for which the bill is generated, and it is assigned automatically by the system depending on the activation date. There are three bill cycles for JioFiber Postpaid plans, which are on the 1st, 11th, and 21st of the month, and the bill cycle is auto-allocated depending on the day of activation of the JioFiber connection. For regular postpaid plans, the billing cycle is assigned automatically from the system depending upon the activation date. The option to change the pre-assigned bill cycle date is not available. Plan entitlements, including data, are assigned on a prorated basis for the first bill cycle, and from the next bill cycle onwards, customers will get the benefits for the entire billing cycle.
