Bing Chat Enterprise is an AI-powered chatbot designed for work with commercial data protection. It provides users with better answers, greater efficiency, and new ways to be creative. Bing Chat Enterprise is available via bing.com/chat and the Microsoft Edge for Business sidebar at no additional cost for customers who are licensed for it. User and business data are protected and will not leak outside the organization. Chat data is not saved, Microsoft has no eyes-on access to it, and it is not used to train the models. Bing Chat Enterprise is grounded in web data and provides complete, verifiable answers with citations, along with visual answers that include graphs, charts, and images. Bing Chat Enterprise is accessible using a work account wherever Bing Chat is supported, including Bing.com/chat and the Microsoft Edge sidebar. It is also available in the Windows Copilot Preview for eligible commercial customers. Bing Chat Enterprise is a separate experience from the consumer Bing Chat service and is tailored to specific Microsoft 365 apps.
