Brent Draper is a digital content creator who won MasterChef Australia 2023. He previously appeared on the show in 2021 but quit due to mental health reasons. After leaving the show, Brent followed his lifelong dream of travelling the country with his family. He purchased a bus and renovated it and got on a long road trip around Australia with his wife and young son. Brent worked as a National Coles Ambassador for the last two years, developing recipes and content for the retailer. He plans to create a cookbook that will marry two of his biggest passions, barbecue food and mental health. Brent remains passionate and committed to sharing his mental health journey with the hopes to inspire others to also tackle their problems head-on.
