To fill out the GATE application form, you will need to provide various details, including your personal information, eligibility degree details, college name and address with PIN code, GATE paper (subject), choice of GATE examination cities, and a high-quality image of your photograph that conforms to the requirements specified. Specifically, for the college name and address, you will need to use an abbreviation for the college/university name if the length exceeds 30 characters, and enter the PIN code of the college. If the college is not in India, you should enter 999999 for the PIN code.

Additionally, you will need to provide details of a valid identity document, such as a passport, PAN card, voter ID, Aadhaar-UID, college ID, employee ID, or driving license, and net-banking/debit card/credit card details for fee payment.

It is important to note that the GATE 2024 scorecard will be issued as per the name entered in the application form, and prefix/title such as Mr/Shri/Dr/Mrs/Smt, etc. should not be used before the name.
