Data roaming is a feature on iPhone that allows internet access over a cellular data network when youre in a region not covered by your carriers network. When youre traveling, you can turn off data roaming to avoid roaming charges. Heres how to turn data roaming on or off on your iPhone:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Cellular or Cellular Data.
- Turn on Cellular Data, then tap Cellular Data Options.
- Turn on Data Roaming.
Note that the steps may vary depending on your iPhone model, carrier, and region.
