Monitor ghosting can affect any type of LCD panel, including monitors and televisions, but it is more common on VA-type panels, which are the main LCD panel types used on televisions.

To fix monitor ghosting, you can attempt to rectify it by using your monitors overdrive feature, which can be found in the on-screen display (OSD) settings. If the culprit is not the monitor settings, a connected device, faulty cable, or an outdated graphics card driver, then the cause of the ghosting is likely physical. In this case, the first place to check is your monitor video port.
