It is a value-added service that offers an effortless and hassle-free ATM PIN generation for existing as well as new debit card customers. The Green PIN can be generated through multiple digital channels, including ATM, IVR, SMS, Missed Call, or Netbanking. Here are the steps to generate a Green PIN using an ATM:
- Insert your debit card at any bank ATM and remove it.
- Select the language.
- Select the option "Forgot/Create PIN Green PIN."
- Select the option "Generate OTP."
- A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Reinsert your debit card and remove it.
- Select the language.
- Select the option "Forgot/Create PIN Green PIN."
- Select the option "Validate OTP."
- Enter the OTP and the Request ID for validation.
- Create your new PIN.
