The International Baccalaureate (IB) is an educational organization that offers four high-quality and challenging educational programs for a worldwide community of schools, educators, and students with a shared mission to empower young people with the values, knowledge, and skills to create a better and more peaceful world. The IB curriculum is one of the most popular education systems globally and is based on well-defined standards and holds students accountable for their work. The IB offers an education for students from age 3 to 19, comprising four programs that focus on teaching students to think critically and challenges with optimism and an open mind. The four programs are:

• The Primary Years Programme (PYP) for students from 3 to 12.
• The Middle Years Programme (MYP) for students aged 11 to 16.
• The Diploma Programme (DP) for students aged 16 to 19.
• The International Baccalaureate Career-Related Programme (IBCP) for students aged 16 to 19.
