To use Immersive Reader in Outlook for the web, log in to your account at Office.com and select Outlook. Open an email and select View > Immersive Reader. The selected email will open in a full-screen format, and you can use the various features of Immersive Reader to customize your reading experience. To use Immersive Reader in Outlook desktop, select the View tab, then select Immersive Reader. Immersive Reader will launch in your email pane.
