Kamikake is a term used in the Bleach anime and manga series. It is a specific ritual that can be executed only by those who are, in one way or another, connected to the Soul King. The term means "Divine Possession" or "Divine Vow".

In the series, Kamikake is related to Jushiro Ukitake, a character who plans to replace the Soul King. During the second invasion of the Wandenreich, Ukitake activates the Kamikake in preparation for becoming the right hand of the Soul King. Kamikake is a result of Mimihagi-sama taking away Ukitakes infected lungs.
