Kokoro is a 50-hour physical, mental, and emotional training program modeled after the U.S. Navy SEALs Hell Week and integrated with Mark Divines Unbeatable Mind training. Kokoro is recommended for those who have completed SEALFIT Online Training OPWODs for over six months and have completed a 20X event to be suitably prepared. The 12-week KOKORO Prep is mandatory to give participants the best chance to conquer Kokoro. Participants are responsible for securing their own transportation to and from the event.
Kokoro is a grueling program that has never seen a full class finish. The training is so intense that 95% of those who have completed Kokoro have gone on to BUD/S (SEAL training) and graduated. The average drop rate at BUD/S is 80%, with only 20% graduating.
