MC Championship, commonly abbreviated as MCC, is a monthly Minecraft tournament where popular creators compete in various minigames in teams of four to win. The tournament is run by the Noxcrew, a Minecraft content creation team, and there is no prize money involved. The event brings together ten teams of four players to compete in a series of mini-games that test the core Minecraft skills such as parkour, survival, combat, teamwork, and more. After eight games, the two teams with the highest score will face off in a final showdown to determine the ultimate champion. The tournament is fully automated and lasts approximately 2 - 2½ hours, with a short five-minute break halfway through.
MC Championship is streamed through the players, and the live event tracking platform houses links to the streams of every participant, as well as giving you instant access to a live leaderboard throughout the event. MCC Island is the official Minecraft Java server, where players can connect and play all of MCC’s mini-games.
The Minecraft Championship is an invite-only event held and created through the Noxcrew. The Noxcrew & Smajor have held a total of eighteen championships, with no shortage of reigning teams taking home the crown at the end of the day. The tournament has been running for three years and has pitted over hundreds of content creators together to crown the greatest of them all.
