Native American Heritage Month is a month-long celebration in the United States that honors the contributions, cultures, traditions, and histories of Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians. It is observed every November, as declared by President George H. W. Bush in 1990. The month is also referred to as National American Indian Heritage Month. The Library of Congress, National Archives and Records Administration, National Endowment for the Humanities, National Gallery of Art, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution, and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum join in paying tribute to the rich ancestry and traditions of Native Americans.

Throughout the month, various events, programs, and activities are held to celebrate Native American heritage. These include cultural festivals, art exhibits, film screenings, workshops, and educational programs. The National Park Service and its partners also celebrate the rich traditions, languages, and contributions of Indigenous people throughout the year, with a special focus on November.

In 2023, President Joseph R. Biden Jr. proclaimed November as National Native American Heritage Month, urging all Americans to observe the month with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities. He also urged all Americans to celebrate November 24, 2023, as Native American Heritage Day. The theme for the month was "Celebrating Tribal Sovereignty and Identity".
