The Popular Front of India (PFI) is an Islamic political organization in India that engages in a radical and exclusivist style of Muslim minority politics. It was formed in 2006 through the merger of three influential Muslim groups in southern India, the National Democratic Front in Kerala, the Karnataka Forum for Dignity, and the Manitha Neethi Pasarai in Tamil Nadu. The PFI describes itself "as a non-governmental social organization whose stated objective is to work for the poor and disadvantaged people in the country and to oppose oppression and exploitation". The organization has a strong presence in Kerala and Karnataka and is active in more than 20 Indian states.

The PFI has been accused of involvement in anti-national and anti-social activities by the Indian Government. In 2012, the Government of Kerala claimed that the organization was a resurrection of the banned terrorist outfit Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), an affiliate of the Indian Mujahideen. The PFI has also been accused of having links with terror organizations like Students Islamic Movement of India, Jamat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh, and Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.

On 28 September 2022, the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs declared PFI as an "unlawful association" and temporarily banned the organization for five years under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) act. The government reasoned that the organization was "prejudicial to the integrity, sovereignty, and security of the country". Despite the ban, the PFI seems to have found ways to circumvent it and continue its operations in Karnataka.
