The Permanent Public Service Account Number (PPSAN) is a unique number assigned to an applicant on first-time registration for a post with the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) . It is used as an identification number for the applicant and is required for registration on the OPSC website. The PPSAN is also used for checking the status of an application and downloading the admit card for the OPSC examination.
