PS Remote Play is a feature of Sony video game consoles that allows the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 to transmit video and audio output to another device. With Remote Play, you can control your PlayStation console remotely wherever you have a high-speed internet connection. PS Remote Play lets you stream and play your PS4 and PS5 games, switch between games, view your console home screen, and browse the internet. You can use a DUALSHOCK 4 via wired or wireless connection via Bluetooth support. Mac devices running macOS 11.3 or higher can use a DualSense wireless controller via wired or wireless connection. PC players can perform the device software update for their DualSense wireless controller by connecting it via USB cable to a PC device running Windows 10 or Windows 11. The following are the different combinations of compatible devices and PlayStation consoles for using Remote Play:

• PS5 console or PS4 console with a Windows PC or Mac
• PS5 console or PS4 console with an iOS or Android mobile device

To use PS Remote Play, you need a high-speed internet connection and a PS5 console or PS4 console. You can control your PlayStation console remotely from a mobile device or computer. You can also connect your controller to a compatible device to use with PS Remote Play. When playing a game on PS Remote Play, you can press the P-in-P button to open the PS Remote Play session in a new window and quickly access another app without ending your stream.
