- Via USSD code: From another Airtel mobile number, dial 12151#, select the PUK option, enter your date of birth to verify your identity, and a new PUK code will be shown to you on the screen.
- Customer care: Call the Airtel customer care number and request the PUK code. You will be asked to provide a 15-digit SIM number printed on the backside of your SIM card. Once verified, you will be provided with a new PUK code.
- SIM body or certificate: Find the PUK printed on your SIM plastic body or certificate and type 05PUKnew pin*new pin# and press "Yes/Send/OK/Enter".
