QRT on Twitter stands for "quote retweet". It is a feature that allows users to retweet a tweet with additional comments or context. When someone QRTs a tweet, they are sharing the original tweet along with their own commentary, photos, memes, or other content. QRTs are almost always negative and have a connotation similar to "the ratio," especially when a tweet has more QRTs than likes or comments. The QRT feature was introduced on Twitter in April 2015.
