Maccabi Raanana is a professional basketball club based in Raanana, Israel, that plays in the Israeli National League, which is the second-tier division league of Israel. The team was founded in 1980 and has a history of competing in Israels top-level Israeli Super League. Maccabi Raanana won the Israeli 2nd Division championship of the 1995–96 season and finished as the runner-up of the Israeli Super League in the 1999–00 season. The club also competed in European-wide competitions such as the FIBA Saporta Cup, the FIBA SuproLeague, and the FIBA Korac Cup. In 2022, Maccabi Raanana played three preseason games against NBA teams, including the Los Angeles Clippers, Portland Trail Blazers, and Oklahoma City Thunder. The team lost all three games. Maccabi Raananas head coach is Ofer Berkovich, and the team captain is Willy Workman.
