Sephoras return policy allows customers to return items that are new or gently used within 60 days of purchase. To complete the return, customers must have a proof of purchase. Sephora provides refunds to the original payment method for items returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days and before 60 days, refunds are returned as store credit. Sephora covers the cost of return shipping for online orders, but the refund will not reimburse the original shipping costs. Sephora monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns if they feel like the policy is being abused. Sephora may ask for a government-issued ID when processing a refund. Sephora does not accept mail returns for merchandise originally purchased at a retail location.
