Sharing a post on Facebook refers to the act of reposting a post from someone elses profile or page to your own profile or page. There are two options for sharing a post on Facebook: "Share Now" and "Share to Feed".

• Share Now: This option allows you to share the post to your feed and timeline with your current privacy settings. When you click "Share Now," the post will be immediately shared to your profile or page without any additional customization.

• Share to Feed: This option allows you to customize the post before sharing it. You can add a description, tag people, add a photo, or share it with specific lists of friends. If the post includes a link, you can choose to share the link by itself or include the original posts text. You can also change the audience selector to change your audience before clicking "Post".

Its important to note that the "Share to Feed" option is only available on certain posts, and the availability of customization options may vary depending on the posts privacy settings.

In July 2022, Facebook introduced a new tab called "Feeds" that allows users to easily see the most recent posts from their friends, Pages, and groups. The Feeds tab provides an easy way to access the content from the people and communities you’re already connected with on Facebook.
