SIDA can refer to two different things:

1. Security Identification Display Area: This is a special security area designated by an airport operator in the US to comply with Transportation Security Administration requirements in CFR 49 1542.205. An identification system must be used in this area, and before allowing unescorted access to this area, a person must be trained and their background investigated. Normally, the flight ramp and other sensitive operational areas of a US commercial airport are designated as a SIDA.

2. Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida): This is a government agency in Sweden that strives to reduce poverty and oppression around the world. Sida has bilateral development cooperation with some 35 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe, and works with a wide range of partners from different sectors of society. Sidas activities are funded through Swedish tax revenue, and it collaborates with actors from civil society and universities as well as the public and private sector.
