SSC MTS stands for Staff Selection Commission Multi-Tasking Staff. It is a non-gazetted, general Central Government Group C service, and a non-ministerial post with a grade pay of 1800 rupees and pay band 1(5200 – 20200) . The job responsibilities of Multi-Tasking Staff are challenging and hardworking as the employee has to fulfill various duties during their working hours, such as maintaining the cleanliness of the office, carrying files and papers within the building/outside building, physical maintenance of records of the office, and maintaining lawns, parks, potted plants, etc within the territory.
