The Gerd Müller Trophy is a football award presented annually by France Football to the highest-scoring footballer in the previous season, taking into account goals scored for both clubs and national teams. It was established in 2021, and starting with the second edition in 2022, the award was renamed after German striker Gerd Müller who died in August 2021. The most recent winner of the Gerd Müller Trophy is Erling Haaland, who won it for the 2022-23 season after scoring 56 goals for Manchester City and Norway.
