The government initiative launched by Smt. Droupadi Murmu, the Honourable President of India, is called the Ayushman Bhava campaign. The campaign aims to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and ensure healthcare for all in India. It is a comprehensive nationwide healthcare initiative that aims to provide saturation coverage of primary healthcare services, including preventive, promotive, and curative services, to all citizens of India. The campaign includes the establishment of Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs) that will provide essential health services, Health Melas and Medical Camps, and organ donation and blood donation pledge campaigns.
