The name of the pig in Gravity Falls is Waddles. Mabel won him at the Mystery Fair in "The Time Travelers Pig" and renamed him Waddles. In the episode "Little Gift Shop of Horrors," Neil deGrasse Tyson voiced Waddles when the pet pig accidentally ate a bowl of brain-enhancing jelly, giving it the mental know-how to create a machine that allows it to talk.
