Thors homeworld is Asgard. Asgard is a fictional realm in Norse mythology and a prominent setting in Marvel Comics. It is often depicted as a celestial and otherworldly realm inhabited by powerful deities known as the Asgardians. Asgard is ruled by Odin, the Allfather, who is considered the most powerful of the Asgardian gods. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thor founds New Asgard on Earth, and selects Norway as the location for Asgardians’ new home.
