Oklahoma City is the largest city in the state with a population of 1,425,695 people, and the metropolitan area of Tulsa had 1,015,331 residents in 2020. Approximately 24.5% of the Oklahoma population is less than 18 years of age, while individuals aged 65 years and older make up 15.7% of the population, and roughly 60% of the population is between 18 and 64 years of age.
