According to multiple sources, including MacRumors and Digital Camera World, all four models of the iPhone 14 (iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max) feature 6GB of RAM. This is an increase from the 4GB of RAM found in the iPhone 13 and 13 mini models, and the same amount of RAM as in the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max are said to feature a faster type of RAM called LPDDR5, while the standard iPhone 14 and 14 Plus are expected to still be featuring LPDDR4X memory. However, the Xcode files only confirm the amount of RAM in each model, and the type of RAM in the iPhone 14 models should be confirmed once teardowns of the devices are published.
