The Shuffle Hands card is a special action card in UNO. When played, the player who used the card must collect all the cards from all remaining players. They then shuffle the deck and deal them out evenly like you would at the start of the game. Ideally, all players will receive the same number of cards they originally had when they are redealt. But this might not always happen; it could be that one player has an extra card, while one player has one fewer. This doesn’t matter and is still within the rules. The Shuffle Hands card can be useful in certain situations when a player is stuck with a large number of cards and unable to make a move. It can also disrupt any other player’s hand quickly. However, just like any other card game, you have to balance the risk vs. the reward. The Shuffle Hands card was introduced in late 2019, so it won’t appear in older card sets. According to the official UNO Twitter account, you can end on a Shuffle Hands card, but you wont win. The remaining players cards are shuffled and dealt out evenly.
