The Toll Relief Program is a 12-month program that began on January 1, 2023, and provides credits to frequent commuters using toll roads across Florida. The program automatically gives Floridians with 35 or more toll transactions per month a 50% credit to their account. To qualify for the program, customers must have a SunPass account or Florida interoperable account in good standing. Florida interoperable transponders include E-PASS, Uni, and LeeWay. Each transponder with 35 or more paid transactions that occur within a calendar month automatically receives a 50% toll credit, and the toll credit will be posted to accounts the following month. Customers do not need to sign up for the program, and credits will be applied to the account in the following month. The Toll Relief Program credit will apply to all eligible paid transactions within that calendar month, as long as the account is in good standing. Multiple transponders on an account are eligible for the program, and each transponder assigned to the account that has 35 or more paid transactions will be eligible for the Toll Relief Program as long as the account is in good standing, and the customer is traveling on the toll facilities in Florida that accept electronic toll payment.
