Zen Space is an app developed by OnePlus that helps users eliminate distractions so they can focus on what matters. The app has two primary modes: Deep Zen and Light Zen. Deep Zen is the most restrictive mode, locking users out of notifications and virtually every app as long as a session is active. The only things that remain accessible are camera and calling functions, and even then, the only calling functions allowed are answering calls and dialing emergency numbers. Light Zen mode allows users to choose the apps they need in different circumstances, so they can quickly find their zen and get on with things. Users can create multiple Light Zen spaces and switch between them as necessary.

Zen Space is designed to help users put down their phone and focus on the real world for a set period of time. The app locks users out of their phone for a specific amount of time, making the phone inoperable for the duration of the session. Zen Space also provides a dashboard where users can view their zen data and share their zen achievements. The app is available for devices running ColorOS 13.1 or a later version.
