Zoom AI Companion is a generative AI assistant that is available across the Zoom platform, including Meetings, Phone, Team Chat, Whiteboard, and Email.

• Real-time capabilities: Zoom AI Companion delivers powerful, real-time capabilities to help users improve productivity and work together more effectively.

• Seamless integration: Zoom AI Companion fits right into how users use Zoom, and can be accessed through the AI Companion icon within Zoom, such as in the Zoom Meetings controls toolbar or Zoom Team Chat window.

• Data handling: Data from users’ interactions with the AI Companion features may be accessed, processed, and used by Zoom to provide and maintain the services, troubleshoot issues, and provide support. However, Zoom does not use any of the users audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like customer content to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models.

• Availability: Zoom AI Companion is now included at no additional cost for customers with the paid services assigned to their Zoom user accounts.
