Nick Daicos got injured in Round 21 of the AFL season, during Collingwoods 32-point loss to Hawthorn. He suffered a hairline fracture in his right knee following a collision with Hawks defender James Blanck. As a result, he missed the final three games of the home and away season and the first week of the finals at a minimum. However, he is set to return for the preliminary final against GWS after missing six weeks with a knee concern.
