According to recent reports, Kody Brown is currently only in a relationship with one of the four original Sister Wives, Robyn Brown. Kody was previously married to Meri, Janelle, and Christine, but all three relationships have ended. Meri and Kody confirmed their separation in January 2023, while Janelle confirmed her separation in December 2022. Christine was the first sister wife to leave Kody, announcing her split in November 2021. At this point, it seems that only Kody and Robyn have what the family deems a "fully-functional marriage".
