White wine should be stored at temperatures between 45-55 degrees Fahrenheit. Storing white wine in a traditional refrigerator is not recommended as the temperature is too low, around 35-37 degrees Fahrenheit. Instead, it is suggested to store white wine outside of the refrigerator and then place it in the fridge about 30 minutes or so before serving it. This will allow the temperature of the white wine to cool down without giving it a chance to reach the lowest point. If you have a temperature and humidity-controlled wine fridge, storing white wine at a temperature in the low to mid 50s Fahrenheit is recommended.
