In Baldurs Gate 3, players can find an Owlbear Egg in the Owlbear Nest location, which is located on the east side of Blighted Village. Once obtained, players have several options for what to do with the egg:

• Sell it: The Owlbear Egg can be sold for a high amount of gold, making it a lucrative option.

• Use it as a camp supply: The egg can be used as a camp supply to facilitate a Long Rest in Baldurs Gate 3. However, players should take care not to use it accidentally when performing a Long Rest.

• Use it to trick Lady Esther in the "Steal a Githyanki Egg" quest: If players undertake the "Steal a Githyanki Egg" quest, they can use the Owlbear Egg to either trick or convince Lady Esther and still earn their reward.

Its worth noting that there are no known uses for the Owlbear Egg other than these options. Additionally, if players give the Owlbear Egg to Lady Esther, the Owlbear Cub at camp will never fight for them.
