The FDA has also approved some disposable vape devices, such as the NJOY Daily Rich Tobacco and the NJOY Daily Extra Rich Tobacco disposable vapes. Other products authorized by the FDA include the Vuse Solo, Vuse Ciro, Vuse Vibe, Logic Pro, and the Logic Power. However, the FDA has issued marketing denial orders towards open systems and flavored products. The FDA has also denied applications by companies seeking to keep their vaping products in the market. Despite the FDAs regulation, thousands of unauthorized vapes are still being sold in the US.
