Navratri in 2025 started on September 22 and will end on October 2, with Vijayadashami (Dussehra) celebrated on October 2. This is the Sharad Navratri, the most widely observed Navratri, which falls in the Ashwin month of the Hindu calendar and lasts for nine nights dedicated to the worship of goddess Durga in her nine forms.

Additionally, there is another Navratri called Chaitra Navratri that started on March 30, 2025, and ended on April 7, 2025, which is celebrated in the spring season.
