Doom: The Dark Ages was released on May 15, 2025. Buyers of the Collector's- and Premium-Edition had access starting May 13, 2025. The game launched on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Microsoft Windows platforms. It was also available on Xbox Game Pass from day one. Early access for Premium Edition owners began a couple of days before the official release, and the game required ray tracing-capable hardware on PC. The release included additional promotions like a special RTX 5080 graphics card design and free copies of the game with certain RTX 5000 series GPUs between April 30 and May 21, 2025.
