Aaron Rodgers was drafted in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He was selected by the Green Bay Packers as the 24th overall pick in that draft. Despite expectations he might be selected earlier, he slid down to the 24th pick, which became one of the biggest stories of the draft that year.
