Temptation Island was filmed most recently in a 17-day block during May 2024. The production took about three and a half weeks in calendar time including off days for crew and cast. The filming location for the current seasons has been primarily in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, with previous seasons filmed in places like Belize and Maui.
